The ideal diet is one that provides all the vital and useful body to stay healthy. Stress, improper diet, harmful lifestyles, pollution and other factors contribute to drastically reduce the levels of vitamins in the body. Recent surveys, such as the one commissioned by the Department of Health (DOH) in Taiwan has shown that insufficient intake of vitamins B1 and B2 from food modern, low in fiber from vegetables and cereals odchudzanie brzucha.
